Return & Refund Policy of www.dcsquartz.com

At DCS Quartz we understand how frustrating it can be to receive an item that is damaged, incomplete or doesn’t live up to your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please refer to our Easy Returns Policy within 3 business days of receiving your order.

It is only possible to return unused items. We don’t accept returns for used items. There are no exceptions to this rule, as this breaches federal law!

We will request a photo of the item to check that the item hasn’t been used. After we receive your return we do a secondary test to absolutely rule out that the item has ever been used and is in resale condition.

After the item passes the first visual check our customer service will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. We will provide you with two options on how you would like to proceed from there:

  1. Swap or exchange your return for a another/different item.
  2. Issue a refund to your credit card.

All shipped items are “Signature Required” and will not delivered without a proper signature. DCS Quartz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to the customers failure to receive their package or waive they’re signature requirement rights.
Damaged/Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process as outlined above. Please note, you will be required to provide proof of damaged product before the refund is approved. Once we have received the item back your refund will be issued within 48 business hours. If you’d still like to receive the product you will then need to place a new order.

Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.
